Datadog is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume interview scheduling and logistics in a hybrid New York setting. You will partner with recruiters, interviewers, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth candidate experience across remote and onsite interviews.

The role emphasizes operational execution, proactive communication, and mastery of core recruitment tools while contributing to onboarding and future growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 2–3 years of admin work experience, or 1 year in a Recruiting Coordinator role.
• Strong prioritisation and calendar management skills.
• Excellent written communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Comfort with using approved tools to automate routine tasks.

Responsibilities

• High-volume interview scheduling within SLAs.
• Manage interview logistics (remote and onsite) and communications.
• Support interview day logistics, travel, and rescheduling.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and compliance for job postings.
• Keep pipeline, stage, and feedback data up to date.
• Report on workload, KPIs, and SLAs; own performance.
