Datadog is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to own high-volume scheduling and delivery in a hybrid Boston-based role. You’ll manage scheduling requests, coordinate interview logistics (remote and onsite), and partner with recruiters and stakeholders to maintain smooth interview flows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 2–3 years admin work, or 1 year in Recruiting Coordinator role.
• Strong scheduling, calendar management and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• High-volume interview scheduling within SLAs.
• Manage interview logistics for remote and onsite.
• Interview day support including travel and expenses.
• Maintain ATS data; publish accurate job postings.
• Ensure ATS hygiene: stages, feedback, scorecards.
• Maintain scheduling and operations dashboards.
• Process offer letters with regional nuances.
• Report on KPIs and SLAs; own performance and improvements.
• Collaborate with recruiters, regional and global coordinators and hiring managers.
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members.
