Job summary

BlackSky is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the People team in a hybrid role supporting the Seattle, WA office. You will manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding coordination to ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role reports to the Sr Manager, People & Culture and requires collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to keep processes moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in talent operations or recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong organizational skills with complex calendars.
• Experience supporting multiple recruiters for high-volume scheduling.
• Understanding of recruiting compliance and reporting.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• Experience managing calendars with Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews among candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and panel members.
• Facilitate in-person interviews and candidate presentations when needed.
• Serve as main contact for scheduling updates or cancellations.
• Prepare and track recruiting documents and confidentiality agreements.
• Conduct reference checks for hires and maintain documentation.
• Support pre-hire admin and onboarding readiness.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS data (Greenhouse).
• Assist recruiters and hiring managers throughout recruiting lifecycle.
• Maintain interview materials, templates, and candidate communications.
• Monitor processes and follow up to keep hiring moving.
• Support reporting and talent projects as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with candidate/employee data.
