Job summary

BlackSky is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our People team. The role focuses on full life cycle recruiting for technical positions, including software, AI/ML, and engineering roles, with an emphasis on government contracting compliance.

You will source passive candidates, manage interview processes, and partner with hiring managers across BlackSky. Remote-capable with preference for an office location; strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of full life cycle recruiting, with a heavy focus on technical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience recruiting for aerospace industry and government contractors.
• Proficient with ATS (Greenhouse) and social networking (LinkedIn).
• Strong communication, organization, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting leadership to identify solutions through the recruiting cycle.
• Manage applicant tracking, review resumes, qualify candidates, coordinate interviews.
• Schedule phone and video interviews; work directly with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers across BlackSky.
• Post requisitions reflecting duties, responsibilities, education, certifications and security classifications.
• Maintain recruitment records and advocate for BlackSky.
