Job summary

BlackSky is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join the People team in a hybrid Seattle, WA role. You will manage complex interview scheduling, coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers, handle documentation, and support onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The role reports to the Sr Manager, People & Culture and offers comprehensive benefits as listed, plus professional development and a collaborative, diverse team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent operations and/or recruiting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using an ATS (Greenhouse).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and panel members.
• Facilitate in-person interviews and candidate presentations as needed.
• Serve as main contact for scheduling updates or cancellations.
• Prepare and manage recruiting documentation and confidentiality agreements.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and other HR tools.
• Support onboarding tasks and pre-hire administrative activities.
• Assist recruiters and hiring managers with administrative needs throughout the lifecycle.
