Beacon Hill's client is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support large-scale, class-based hiring across multiple locations. The Recruiting Coordinator will support 50–200 hiring managers, serving as a key liaison between Recruiting, HR, Operations and Leadership to ensure hiring goals are met and onboarding classes

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, HR, workforce planning, or a related field.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments.
• Strong proficiency in Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data tracking.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume and class-based hiring initiatives across multiple locations.
• Manage hiring pipelines and workforce schedules for upcoming onboarding classes.
• Track candidates through the full hiring lifecycle, including interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding, and start dates.
• Utilize Workday to manage candidate activity, track hiring metrics, and monitor class readiness.
• Generate hiring and workforce readiness reports using Workday and Excel.
• Monitor and report on: Interview activity and pending feedback; Offer status (pending, accepted, declined); Confirmed starts and class rosters; Candidate withdrawals, no-shows, and drop-offs.
• Compare hiring results against workforce goals and class capacity, proactively identifying staffing risks.
• Facilitate weekly status meetings with Hiring Managers, Plant Managers, HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and Operations Leadership.
• Identify and resolve hiring bottlenecks related to scheduling, approvals, and onboarding processes.
