Job summary

Allied Resources Technical Consultants in Louisville, KY, seeks a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support recruiting activities and create a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, hiring leaders, and interviewers to coordinate activities and keep the process moving forward.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination or related roles.
• Experience scheduling interviews or coordinating calendars is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and next steps.
• Coordinate new-hire activities, start dates, and related communications.
• Track recruiting activities and requisition status through weekly reports.
• Support pre-employment testing by scheduling appointments, confirming participation, and communicating results.
• Assist with background checks and drug screening processes.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and documentation.
• Work with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.
• Provide general administrative support for recruiting and HR activities as needed.
• Handle confidential candidate and employee information appropriately.
