Job summary

Texas Roadhouse is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Louisville, KY to keep our recruiting engine running smoothly. You’ll coordinate interviews, touchpoints, and hiring processes, while supporting recruiters and hiring leaders with timely updates and documentation.

You’ll work on-site with a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in the office each week) and partner closely with teams to ensure a legendary candidate experience and compliant, scalable recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in Talent Acquisition, HR, recruiting coordination, administrative support, or related field.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, or recruiting technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, meetings, and candidate touchpoints throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring leaders to provide timely updates and support.
• Assist recruiters with job postings, requisition updates, candidate movement, and hiring documentation.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within recruiting systems.
• Monitor recruiting workflows and ensure timely follow-up on hiring activities.
• Support reporting, tracking, and Talent Acquisition metrics.
• Assist with system updates, audits, testing, and data cleanup projects.
• Create and maintain recruiting resources, templates, job aids, and process documentation.
• Support candidate experience initiatives and respond to Talent Acquisition inquiries.
• Partner with internal teams on background checks, onboarding, compliance, and other hiring-related processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, and consistency across recruiting processes.
• Support special projects and initiatives within the Talent Acquisition team.
• Represent Texas Roadhouse culture and core values in every interaction.
