Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Excellent communication with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Spanish language skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, post, and maintain job advertisements across recruiting platforms with accurate role requirements and compensation.
• Maintain complete candidate records and keep candidates engaged through the hiring process.
• Prepare and process offer letters and employment documents; coordinate approvals and follow up on items.
• Initiate and monitor background checks and pre-employment screening; communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding handoffs to HR via tickets and notifications to ensure start dates.
• Provide administrative support to the in-house recruiting team and assist with recruiting events and projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and create efficiencies.
