Job summary

Independence Realty Trust is seeking a Recruiting Administrator/Coordinator for a Hybrid role based in Tampa, Philadelphia, or Chicago. You will support the Talent Acquisition team, managing the operational side of full-cycle recruiting for property management roles and ensuring a smooth process from posting to onboarding.

The role emphasizes process, follow-through, and building strong candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on organizational skills and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open positions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Strong communication skills with candidates, recruiters, and managers.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, post, and maintain job advertisements across platforms with accurate role requirements and compensation.
• Maintain complete candidate records and keep applicants engaged through the hiring process.
• Prepare and process offer letters and employment documents; coordinate approvals.
• Initiate and monitor background checks and pre-employment screening; update stakeholders.
• Coordinate handoff of accepted candidates to onboarding via JIRA and email notifications.
• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team including events and special projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and create efficiencies.
