thyssenkrupp Materials NA is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in Southfield, MI, with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite). The role supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, posting openings, and aiding recruitment events.

You will ensure smooth communication among candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers while maintaining accurate records in Workday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR support experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and candidate data management.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities are required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and resume screening tools.

Responsibilities

• Source and shortlist qualified candidates across channels.
• Conduct initial phone screenings following interview guides.
• Manage candidate pipelines and update statuses in ATS.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Support recruitment events, posting jobs, and onboarding processes.
• Generate recruitment metrics and reports.
