Groundswell is a premier technology integrator focused on federal agencies, seeking a Recruiting Analyst for interview coordination, candidate verification, and recruiting system audits. The hybrid role is based in McLean, VA, with in-person interviews and onsite logistics support two to three days per week.

The role supports sourcing through ATS, job boards, and social networks, maintains process documents on Teams/SharePoint, and ensures OFCCP-compliant recruiting practices with accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years recruiting coordination, talent acquisition operations, HR, or admin experience.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.
• Experience in OFCCP-restricted recruiting with proper documentation and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups with candidates, interviewers, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Greet candidates and assist with on-site interview logistics at the McLean office 2–3 days/week.
• Review candidate submissions and verify prior engagement with candidates in Workday and internal trackers per guidelines.
• Maintain recruiting system data integrity and complete updates per SLAs and OFCCP requirements.
• Support candidate tracking, requisition updates, and recruiting reports; maintain confidentiality and data privacy.
