Job summary

Express Employment Professionals Columbus is hiring a Recruiting and Account Specialist (RAS) in the Light Industrial division. You will recruit, screen, interview, and place associates across warehouses, production, and skilled roles while generating sales by taking job orders from clients and prospects.

You will build relationships with local businesses, market Express services, and manage candidate-to-job transitions.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and placement of associates in the light industrial sector (warehouse, production, technicians, general labor).
• Screening, onboarding, testing, and drug screening of candidates.
• Build relationships with local businesses to market Express and our talent.
• Document all associate and client information per ISO 9001 procedures.
• Manage telemarketing calls, sales follow-up, on-site visits, CRM entries, and employment verifications.
