Job summary

RPM is seeking a Recruiter to partner with field offices, build contractor pipelines, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. You will source active and passive candidates, perform outreach, and screen qualifications in a hybrid role that supports PARS guidelines.

The position includes telecommuting from Gainesville, VA area with core business hours. Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Minimum 3 years in talent acquisition or contractor sourcing; experience with transportation

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition or independent contractor sourcing.
• Experience with transportation and/or 1099 candidates is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Identify and engage both active and passive 1099 talent.
• Execute high-volume outreach via text, phone calls, and email to connect with candidates.
• Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and DOT compliance.
• Maintain accurate candidate data, update statuses, and log activity in the tracking system.
