Job summary

RPM Freight Systems, in partnership with PARS, seeks a Recruiter to build independent contractor pipelines, run recruitment strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. The role involves sourcing active and passive candidates, initial outreach, and screening qualifications.

This hybrid position requires onsite and remote work within PARS guidelines, with core business hours observed. Location is Gainesville, VA area, serving field offices and the RPM network.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing and ATS/CRM platforms.
• Understanding of transportation terminology, hours of service (HOS), and driver geographic challenges is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Identify and engage active and passive qualified 1099 talent.
• Execute high-volume outreach via text, phone calls, and email.
• Conduct phone screens to assess qualifications and DOT regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and track activity in the ATS.
