Job summary

Epitec in Southfield, MI is seeking a Recruiter to identify, screen, interview, submit, and place qualified candidates to meet customer requirements. This hybrid role requires three days onsite in the office.

You will use job boards, referrals, networking and other sourcing tools, negotiate compensation packages, and collaborate with Account Managers to understand job orders while building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in marketing, communication, sales, or business.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Prior work experience in customer service (preferred; hospitality, retail, food & beverage).
• Prior working experience with customers or in a customer service capacity.
• Prior leadership experience (in work, academics or extracurricular).
• A desire to develop a career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, interview, submit, and place qualified candidates.
• Sourcing candidates using job boards, referrals, networking and other tools.
• Match candidates’ strengths with client requirements by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Negotiate compensation packages for offers of employment with candidates and gain a commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
• Work with Account Managers to understand the job order requirements.
• Communicate effectively with others and embrace diversity of thought to create a productive environment.
• Maintain relationships within the industry to provide excellent customer service and obtain referrals.
• Perform other duties as requested.
