Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Recruiter for our Industrial Division in Orange, CA. This hybrid role requires onsite presence Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment for light industrial and manufacturing roles, sourcing, screening, and placing talent across key client accounts. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain strong communication, and deliver results with urgency.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Sense of urgency and enjoy multi-tasking.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit across a wide range of positions.
• Create sourcing strategies tailored for each requisition.
• Conduct candidate interviews in-person or via RingCentral.
• Achieve weekly KPIs: interviews, presents, starts, and placements.
• Generate substantial gross profit per month.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Host HR events to boost brand awareness in the area.
• Sculpt and deliver targeted strategies to contact top professionals.
• Maintain up-to-date job postings reflecting culture and values.
