Job summary

Eddins Search Group is hiring a Recruiter to run full-cycle searches in construction technology from our Raleigh office. You will manage enterprise AEs, solutions engineers, implementation leads, product managers, and engineers who build and sell the tools used on today’s jobsites.

Expect a base salary with uncapped per-placement commissions, a two-day-per-week office presence in Raleigh, and a flexible schedule the rest of the week to optimize your market coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
• Comfort with ATS/CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting: intake, market mapping, outbound, submittals, interviews, offers, closes.
• Own client relationships end-to-end and calibrate the shortlist to market realities.
• Develop new business across ConTech vendors, BIM/VDC, reality capture, and related tech.
• Source proactively via LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, alumni networks, and events.
• Build pipelines for repeat roles to shorten time-to-fill on future searches.
• Guide candidates through counteroffers with transparent communication.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and monitor metrics like outreach, submittals, and time-to-fill.
