Job summary

ABM US is seeking a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team in Atlanta. This high-volume role focuses on sourcing and presenting top janitorial candidates for the Atlanta and Southeast Markets, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

In-office Mon-Thu at 4151 Ashford Dunwoody Rd, you will manage full life cycle recruiting, from outreach to job offers, while partnering with hiring managers to fill critical frontline roles efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting or staffing.
• Experience hiring in service-level or light-industrial roles preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Professionally communicate with candidates to facilitate the hiring process.
• Source and attract top talent for designated hiring centers.
• Coordinate pre-employment screening and onboarding actions.
• Maintain proper filing systems and recruiting materials.
• Drive recruitment marketing through multiple channels.
