Job summary

ABM is seeking a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team in Atlanta. This hybrid role (Mon-Thu in-office) supports hiring primarily janitorial team members across the Atlanta and Southeast Markets.

As part of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, you will source, attract, and manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing, with emphasis on creative strategies and efficiency.

• Ability to develop recruiting plans and implement non-traditional strategies.

ABM is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team! This high-volume role will support hiring primarily janitorial team membersfor our Atlanta and Southeast Markets. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is preferred.

This is a Hybrid Role (In-office Mon-Thu) located at 4151 Ashford Dunwoody Rd 6th floor, Atlanta, GA 30319.

As an integral member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will source and attract top talent to ABM. This is achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing creative and non-traditional strategies and managing the full life cycle of the process including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components.
