Job summary

ABM is seeking a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team in Atlanta. This hybrid role (Mon-Thu in-office) supports hiring primarily janitorial team members across the Atlanta and Southeast Markets.

As part of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, you will source, attract, and manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing, with emphasis on creative strategies and efficiency.

• High-volume recruiting experience.
• Ability to develop recruiting plans and implement non-traditional strategies.
• Experience managing full lifecycle: presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and admin tasks.
