Job summary

ABM Industries Inc. is seeking a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team in Los Angeles. This high-volume role focuses on recruiting janitorial staff and requires bilingual English/Spanish.

This hybrid position is in-office Monday–Thursday at 1150 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015. You will source, attract and interview candidates, manage the full lifecycle from presentation to offer and negotiation, and help ABM meet its staffing goals.

• Ability to source, present and manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required to support LA market.

Job description

ABM is hiring a Recruiter for our Frontline Talent Acquisition Team! This high-volume role will support hiring primarily janitorial team members for our Los Angeles Market. Bilingual ability (English/Spanish) is required.

This is a Hybrid Role (In-office Mon-Thu) located at 1150 South Olive Street, Los Angeles, CA 90015.

As an integral member of the centralized Talent Acquisition team, the Recruiter will source and attract top talent to ABM. This is achieved through the development of recruiting plans, employing creative and non-traditional strategies and managing the full life cycle of the process including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components.

Pay: $70,000–$80,000

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
