Job summary

NDC, Inc. is seeking a Rebate Dispute Coordinator to ensure timely intake, investigation, and resolution of rebate discrepancies across distributors and vendors. You will collaborate with rebate operations and accounting, validate claims, and document the resolution in our systems while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3+ years relevant experience.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process rebate disputes in accordance with SLAs.
• Investigate discrepancies using sales and contract data.
• Determine resolution paths (resubmission, chargeback, correction).
• Process credits and debits.
• Monitor vendor credit status and elevate aging items.
• Maintain accurate documentation and system updates.
• Communicate with stakeholders on status and resolution.
• Identify recurring issues and support process improvements.
