Responsibilities include executing vendor and sales rebates, creating partner incentives, data entry of rebate values, interfacing with Purchasing and Sales on incentives, and communicating clearly by phone or email while multitasking priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of administrative office experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute vendor and sales rebates and programs with high attention to detail.
• Create and maintain partner incentives (rebate programs).
• Data entry, including entering or removing rebate values.
• Interface with Purchasing and Sales on Vendor Incentives.
• Communicate professionally by phone and/or e-mail.
• Interact with inside and outside sales via questions or issues by phone or e-mail.
• Performs other related duties and prioritize/multi-task.
