Job summary
Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a People Services Specialist for Tier 2 Program Operations to support HR operations through program administration, data governance, auditing and process improvements. You will collaborate with HR Partners, Centers of Excellence, Legal, managers and associates to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance of employee data and HR transactions.
Based in Deerfield, IL - Hybrid with flexibility to work from home Mondays and Fridays, you will execute Workday
Qualifications
- Two years of HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience.
- Experience with Workday or a similar HRIS.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Support specialized HR programs and lifecycle processes.
- Execute Workday transactions and data changes with accuracy.
- Collaborate with HR partners and legal to resolve issues.
- Conduct audits and data validations to maintain compliance.
- Create SOPs and process documentation.
- Support HR technology enhancements and reporting.
- Serve as a SME for assigned programs.
