Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking a People Services Specialist to ensure a high-quality associate experience. This role supports onboarding, changes, offboarding, and HR operations, serving as the primary contact for pre-hires and associates.

You’ll work closely with HR Partners and COEs, process HR transactions in Workday, and help maintain data integrity while growing your HR career in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Demonstrated customer service and effective communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet service levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for associates and HR through AskHR and other channels.
• Support onboarding, changes, offboarding and related HR processes to ensure a positive experience.
• Process HR transactions in Workday and other HR systems with data integrity and compliance.
• Assist associates and managers with HR systems, self-service tools, and resources.
• Support benefits administration, tuition reimbursement, referrals, relocation and performance management activities.
• Maintain personnel records and assist with audits, verifications, and I-9 compliance.
