Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, recruiting or HR technology is required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and meet SLAs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based collaboration tools.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for associates and HR inquiries.
• Support onboarding, changes, offboarding and related HR tasks.
• Process HR transactions in Workday and other systems with data integrity.
• Assist users in utilizing HR tools, self-service and resources.
• Support benefits, tuition reimbursement, referrals and related programs.
