Job summary

33 USA Inc. is a full-service marketing agency focusing on anime and manga, seeking a Lead in the Business Development Division to guide account management, project management, and marketing planning for North American clients.

You will build relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive strategy with senior managers, while mentoring a team and collaborating with Japan HQ to deliver integrated promotions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Japanese language skills at business level or above.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Minimum 3 years in marketing; 1+ year in team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new clients and develop sales strategies across NA and markets outside Japan.
• Build and maintain relationships with North American clients and win new projects.
• Plan and manage projects, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure profitability.
• Provide integrated marketing solutions and collaborate with Japan HQ and partners.
