33 USA inc. is a full-service marketing agency focused on entertainment, anime, and manga. The Lead role manages the team across Sales, Account Management, Project Management, and Marketing Planning to drive growth in North America and beyond.

The ideal candidate will bring bilingual English/Japanese skills, 3+ years in marketing, and at least 1 year of leadership. A hybrid work model in Los Angeles is offered with opportunities for promotional growth toward a Manager role.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Japanese at business level.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in the marketing industry.
• At least 1 year of team management and leadership.
• Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
• Understanding of Japanese and North American business practices.
• MBA preferred; marketing or business degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new clients and close contracts.
• Develop and implement NA sales strategies.
• Manage project budgets and ensure profitability.
• Build and maintain client relationships in North America.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver solutions.
• Lead and train team members to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Japan HQ to align goals and strategies.
