33 USA Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in North America. You will own the revenue targets, oversee the sales pipeline, and mentor junior BD leads while partnering with leadership to bridge Japanese content with the global market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales in a Marketing Agency, Advertising, or Entertainment industry setting.
• Proven track record of $1M+ annual revenue portfolio management.
• Deep understanding of US & Japanese entertainment landscape and marketing agency models.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring junior team members.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Business Development: develop and execute sales strategy to acquire new clients.
• Revenue Ownership: own NA revenue targets and drive high-growth goals.
• Pipeline Management: oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Partnership Building: negotiate licensing, AOR, and joint venture agreements.
• Network Expansion: represent the company at major industry events to build a network of decision-makers.
• Account Management & Client Success: be the senior contact for key clients and ensure ROI and renewals.
• Upsell & Cross-sell: expand service scope within existing accounts.
• Financial Management: manage account profitability and billing negotiations.
• Team Leadership: supervise and coach BD Leads and Associates.
