US Eye is seeking a Business Analyst for a full-time hybrid role in the Southwest Florida area (Naples or Fort Myers preferred), with weekly travel to Sarasota. The role focuses on optimizing Revenue Cycle Management processes, improving AR metrics, denials, and collections, and supporting transformation initiatives across operations.

The candidate will analyze data, document workflows, train teams, and collaborate with leadership to drive process reengineering and automation.

Qualificações

• Healthcare revenue cycle experience (minimum of 1 year).
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Experience with process improvement and data analysis.
• Familiarity with workflow documentation and training.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement improvements in RCM processes and monitor their impact.
• Document workflows, create process maps, and train staff across departments.
• Lead or assist with RCM transformation initiatives and project plans.
• Support automation and technology tools including Smartsheet in daily operations.
• Provide status updates and collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives.
