Job summary

Unified Women’s Healthcare is seeking an Analyst, RCM Business Process Improvement & Integrations to drive performance improvements across the Revenue Cycle. This role focuses on optimizing cash collections, increasing operational efficiency, and delivering measurable ROI.

The analyst will support end-to-end RCM functions across front-, mid-, and back-end processes, work cross-functionally to implement scalable, durable solutions, and provide training and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Lean/Six Sigma training is a plus.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio and Word.
• Working knowledge of EDI transactions is desirable.
• Able to analyze data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Strong communication skills to present to management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflows and lead improvement initiatives to optimize cash collections and reduce costs.
• Develop and manage RCM project plans and onboarding resources for new partners and initiatives.
• Create and maintain system configurations impacting revenue cycle functions.
• Define scope of work through discovery, interviews, and data analysis.
• Document performance improvements, automation opportunities, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate across departments to drive improvements and support implementation.
• Develop proposals, training materials, and documentation to support ROI and system enhancements.
• Provide go-live and post-go-live support for billing best practices and workflows.
