Job summary

EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking an experienced RCM Manager to oversee the revenue cycle management function for the region. You will handle verification, authorizations, statements, claim submission, collections, communications, and credentialing.

Leading the team, you will implement workflows, train staff, and drive efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient service. This role supports remote team members and involves varied shifts to meet organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma or GED and a 4-year degree in related field.
• Minimum 5+ years billing experience with leadership ability.
• 5+ years Revenue Cycle experience; 2+ years management experience in corporate setting.
• Experience with accounts receivable and understanding of the revenue cycle for payors.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain an efficient workflow within the practices.
• Ensure staff training adequacy for daily tasks.
• Cross-train in other departments for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assess new acquisition revenue cycle processes.
• Identify opportunities with RCM systems.
• Develop streamlined processes and timely billing.
• Create and monitor productivity and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with payor, government and internal policies.
• Monitor RCM performance for team members.
• Conduct routine monitoring and auditing for staff productivity.
