Job summary

EyeCare Partners is seeking a RCM Manager to lead the region’s revenue cycle activities, including verification, authorizations, patient statements, charge entry, clean claims, and collections.

The role requires 5+ years in billing and revenue cycle, plus 2+ years of management experience in a corporate setting. Strong Excel and MS Office skills, attention to detail, and staff training ability are essential.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Management, Medical Billing or Finance.
• 5+ years billing experience with leadership ability.
• 5+ years Revenue Cycle experience.
• 2+ years management experience in a corporate setting.
• Experience with accounts receivable and understanding of the revenue cycle.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain an efficient workflow within the practices.
• Train staff to perform daily RCM tasks with accuracy.
• Cross-train in other departments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Assess new acquisition revenue cycle processes.
• Identify opportunities with RCM systems.
• Collaborate with Sr RCM Manager to streamline processes and billing.
• Create metrics for productivity and quality.
• Ensure compliance with payor, government and internal policies.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance for team members.
• Conduct routine monitoring and auditing to meet goals.
• Maintain communication with Practice Administrators and RCM leadership.
• Supervise staff in accordance with policies.
