Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Healthcare industry experience is required, particularly revenue cycle operations, denial management, financial analytics, payroll, or business operations.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, dashboards or BI tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL preferred.
• Experience participating in cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with department leaders and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct meetings and interviews to understand processes, challenges, and needs.
• Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, KPIs using Power BI and Excel.
• Gather and document business, functional, and reporting requirements to support projects and operations.
• Monitor project progress and assist with testing, implementation, training and change management.
• Analyze data trends and provide recommendations to support business decisions.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests from leadership and operations teams.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and operations on data integration and reporting initiatives.
• Communicate findings to stakeholders clearly.
