Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field with 7+ years experience; or Master's with 4+ years; or PhD with 1+ year.
• Background reading schematics, block diagrams, datasheets, PCB design or review, or register-level docs.
• Background in hardware security fundamentals (RoT, Secure Boot, resiliency, crypto primitives, secure key storage).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate system-to-silicon security across designs, schematics, boards, and datasheets to identify threats and gaps.
• Translate standards and compliance requirements (NIST, CNSA, CRA) into hardware requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance to product teams, hardware and firmware engineers, and vendors.
• Create hardware security requirements, checklists, threat models, and internal/external documentation.
• Manage multiple concurrent security evaluations and reviews across programs.
