Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in hardware development or related field.
• Strong background in hardware security fundamentals (RoT, Secure Boot, cryptography).
• Experience translating standards into engineering requirements and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• System-to-Silicon security analysis of hardware designs and schematics.
• Translate standards (NIST SP 800-193, NSA CNSA 2.0, EU CRA) into requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance to product teams and vendors.
• Create hardware security requirements, checklists, threat models and specs.
• Manage multiple concurrent security evaluations across projects.
