Qualifikationen

• Advanced experience with account and access management in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Active Directory in a multisite, multidomain organization.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise security controls, access management, and data-protection practices.
• Ability to resolve moderately to highly complex problems across multiple technologies.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving critical or highly visible production incidents using a methodical approach.
• Experience working with IT service-management platforms like ServiceNow.

Aufgaben

• Create, modify, and maintain user and system accounts for new and existing employees.
• Troubleshoot data, application, and account-access issues and update Active Directory properties as needed.
• Evaluate IT incidents, service requests, and business impact to determine priority and resolution.
• Record, manage, and resolve incidents and requests in ServiceNow, including complete resolution documentation.
• Perform advanced system analysis and troubleshooting for highly visible production issues.
• Apply enterprise security requirements and protect systems and data from unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, or misuse.
• Provide advanced technical support and guidance across a broad range of technologies.
• Prepare clear technical documentation and weekly status reports for management.
• Consult with clients and other IT professionals to develop effective, sustainable solutions.
