Job summary

Wake County Public School System is seeking an Administrator-Community Use in Cary, NC. This exempt role oversees community use, builds client relationships, and ensures timely reservations and invoicing. Hybrid telework options support flexible scheduling and responsive service to districts and external groups.

TheAdministrator-Community Use will manage accounts, coordinate with internal teams, and mentor Specialists while maintaining strong client communications and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, finance, marketing, or related field.
• Four years of sales, property rentals, customer service, or account management experience.
• Must hold a valid motor vehicle operator's license per NC requirements.
• Preferred: Prism proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Administrator-Community Use to maintain accounts.
• Assist clients via email, phone, online, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
• Review team performance to ensure timely reservations and invoicing.
• Coordinate with internal teams and schools to resolve scheduling issues.
• Train and support the Community Use team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation of facilities records and forecast activity.
• Visit school sites to meet staff and clients and verify space capacity.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
