Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Windows Server administration experience.
• 4+ years designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Develop and maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, and other core Microsoft technologies.
• Manage and support enterprise file services, permissions, DFS, and data governance initiatives.
• Administer and enhance SharePoint environments, including security and integration.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL Server environments.
• Mentor junior team members and serve as senior escalation point.
