Campbell Soup Company is seeking a R&D Systems Administrator & Analyst II in Camden, NJ. You will support and evolve digital tools like Optiva and ELN, manage access, enable user adoption, and partner with IT and R&D to improve processes. Hybrid work model with competitive benefits.

You will coordinate training, maintain documentation, and lead backlog management for system enhancements and defects, ensuring audit readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in application administration, business systems support, or business analysis in a consumer-packaged goods environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Experience documenting business requirements with both business and technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to deliver user training and support a positive user experience.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

R&D Application Administration & Support: ensure stability, security, and operation of critical R&D apps (Optiva, ELN).
Manage user provisioning, access standards, role/group configuration, workflow approvals, and user communications.
Oversee business help desk, triage, escalation, resolution, and stakeholder communication.
Maintain SharePoint and Teams sites, process docs, troubleshooting guides, and support materials.
Support validation activities, audit readiness, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
R&D User Enablement: coordinate and deliver Optiva and ELN training, maintain schedules and materials.
R&D Business Analysis: gather requirements, evaluate changes, manage backlog and governance.
