Job summary

Campbell’s is seeking an R&D Systems Analyst II to support and evolve digital tools across R&D. You will ensure reliable operation of key R&D applications like Optiva and ELN, drive adoption, and implement process improvements. You’ll collaborate with R&D, IT, and business stakeholders to strengthen capabilities and accelerate product development.

You will lead user enablement, training, and governance activities while improving data quality and system efficiency in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in science, IT, business systems or related field.
Minimum 5 years in application administration, business systems support, or related roles in a consumer-packaged goods environment.
Proven ability to learn complex systems quickly and own new responsibilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause identification.
Excellent communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
Experience documenting business requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
Proven ability to deliver user training and support a positive user experience.

Responsibilities

R&D Applications Administration & Support for critical tools (Optiva, ELN).
Manage user provisioning, access standards, roles, groups, and security configurations.
Oversee help desk processes: intake, triage, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, stakeholder communication.
Serve as primary business contact for application access and administration; guide support processes.
Maintain SharePoint and Teams sites, process docs and training materials.
Support system validation, audit readiness, and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
