Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred areas: Science, IT, Business Systems or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in application administration, business systems support, or business analysis in a consumer-packaged goods env.
• Proven ability to learn complex systems quickly and work with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills; training experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support stability, security, compliance, and operation of R&D apps including Optiva and ELN.
• Manage user provisioning, access standards, roles, approvals, and communications.
• Oversee help desk, triage, escalation, and stakeholder updates; maintain docs and guides.
• Lead system validation activities and ensure 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.
• Coordinate training programs and materials for end users and trainers.
• Define requirements, manage enhancements/defects, and prioritize backlogs with stakeholders.
