Responsibilities

• Support operational administration of cloud and SaaS platforms (Power BI, Reltio, Informatica).
• Monitor platform health, jobs, and data refreshes.
• Learn to troubleshoot issues, investigate failures, and assist with root‑cause analysis.
• Help manage user access, roles, and permissions.
• Document issues, solutions, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with BI, AI, Data Engineering, and Platform teams in an Agile environment.
