Job summary

MeBe is a family-owned provider delivering evidence-based therapies for children with autism and related needs. The QA Specialist will audit clinical and operational practices to ensure BACB, CASP, HIPAA, and payer compliance while supporting remote QA work and a small onsite caseload.

The role is hybrid; candidates must reside in the US and be BCBA-certified with 3–5 years of ABA experience. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fields.
• BCBA credential required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of ABA experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of BACB ethics, ABA models, and payor documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QA audits of treatment plans, notes, BIPs, and clinical docs for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide actionable feedback to supervisors based on QA findings.
• Stay updated on industry standards, regulatory changes, and best practices in ABA.
• Suggest training ideas for agency improvement to the Senior Director of Clinical Quality.
• Maintain scores for supervisors on designated tracking systems.
• Promote accountability and client-centered care.
• Deliver at least 20 billable QA hours weekly across audits and oversight.
• Sustain a limited direct service caseload including supervision and caregiver training.
