Fun Play ABA Therapy Services is seeking a passionate Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and mentor technicians in line with QABA standards.

Qualifications

• Current Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience with children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Reliable transportation if travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians.
• Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on client progress.
• Provide caregiver training and parent education.
• Complete assessments, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary professionals.
• Ensure ethical, evidence-based, and assent-based service delivery.
• Participate in clinical meetings and ongoing professional development.
