Job summary

MeBe is a family owned provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist ensures that all clinical and operational practices meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and client outcomes in accordance with BACB guidelines, CASP guidelines, payor requirements, and internal policies.

This is a hybrid position with a small onsite caseload and largely remote QA work.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA credential is required.
• 3–5 years of ABA service delivery experience preferred.
• Strong ethics and payor documentation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular QA audits of treatment plans, session notes, BIPs, and clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide actionable feedback to supervisors based on QA audit findings.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulatory changes, and best practices in ABA.
• Provide targeted training ideas and areas needed for agency improvement to the Senior Director of Clinical Quality.
• Maintain current and historical scores for every supervisor on designated tracking systems.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and client-centered care.
• Deliver a minimum of 20 billable hours per week through QA functions, including audits and oversight.
• Sustain a limited direct service caseload to support organizational excellence.
