Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of A/E/C industry experience as a marketing, pursuit, proposal or business development specialist.
• Experience developing and writing proposals with a thorough understanding of RFP processes.
• Experience in persuasive writing and developing features, advantages, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate ongoing capture planning, strategy, and pursuit/proposal activities.
• Serve as Lead Proposal Manager throughout the proposal development process.
• Manage the development of comprehensive capture plans and track action items.
