Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of A/E/C industry experience in marketing, pursuit, proposal or business development.
• Thorough understanding of RFP and proposal development processes.
• Experience in capture planning and strategy development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of comprehensive capture plans and action items.
• Serve as Lead Proposal Manager for the proposal development process.
• Support proactive pipeline management efforts in Oracle Sales Cloud.
