Job summary

HireRight is seeking an Account Coordinator in Nashville, TN to provide exceptional service to our largest customers. You will act as a liaison, resolving issues and supporting customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have three years' experience in the background screening industry, knowledge of FCRA, and strong skills in customer relationship management and data analysis. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• A sum total of three years required in background screening industry experience and/or client-facing experience.
• Understanding of Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
• Ability to generate reports via Excel; Business Objects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador and liaison between HireRight and assigned customers.
• Resolve customer issues using internal resources.
• Monitor every issue submitted to Product/Development and ensure resolutions.
• Support in customer meetings with reports and status updates.
• Analyze customer data for trends and opportunities.
